Fabric 29 - Cut Copy
Surely you’ve heard Cut Copy’s brilliant “Bright like Neon Love” already. Yes? No? Think French House in the late 90’s mixed with Duran Duran’s “Rio” era and add a dash of disco/punk/pop/shoegaze and blam, thats just my interpretation of these guys. Don’t sleep on the singles such as Future remixed by the likes of Chromeo and more or Going Nowhere remixed by Digitalism,Whitey (super sick remix found on Fabric 29) and more.
ANYWAY, Fabric 29 is mixed by the lovely lads of Cut Copy and after reading the tracklisting alone on their myspace page www.myspace.com/cutcopy I bought a promo of it about a month and a half ago. My reaction surprised me since I was iffy on some of what I thought as trendy ended up coming off as really fun. Dan, Cut Copy’s singer/guitarist, mixed this fancy little number up and here you go.
